Is it unsafe to take a daily supplement which contains 100% of the RDA for iron? - vegetarian iron supplement
I am a vegetarian, and to make sure I take enough iron, I have a supplement that contains 100% RDA. Other foods such as (I) contain iron are whole grains, beans and cowpeas. Is it safe?
